Just FYI i'm going to include some pics i made when i was working on a rpg game so i have what her town looks like and her gym and crap like that

She is out going and friendly though first impressions give her off and a loner and mean type. She has close ties to the Cerulean sisters. She loves all types of Pokemon and is some what stand off-ish.
Biography/History:
Taku Voto was born to Jackie and Tally Voto, two DNA engineers employed by the better half of Team Rocket. Growing up she had a love for DNA engineering and Pokemon breeding. At the age of 10, she set out with her first Pokemon, Willow, a Vulpix, to start her Pokemon's adventure. By the age of 11 she had made it to the Kanto Elite Four where she won an Arcanine in a bet. After defeating the Elite Four she went to Jhoto where she studied becoming a Gym Leader.
At the age of 16 She had conquered the Elite Four of Jhoto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh regions. Upon returning to her home town of Keyeto, in Kanto, Professor Oak gave her funding to open her own Gym in Keyeto. At 19 she received word that her parents had been killed by a rogue Pokemon in a DNA testing lab. After she visited the ruined lab to she if she could figure anything out, she set out to travel more.
Upon her many travels she had acquired a large sum of money and invested a portion into putting a childhood friend into training to take over being leader. On her journey she would leave the title of Gym Leader behind but would occasionally give out badges to trainers she thought deserved them.
It was rumored that she got ahold of the rogue Pokemon's DNA and engineered a new Pokemon. She denies all claims and says that while she has tampered with the genetic coding of eggs to make friendlier and stronger Pokemon for starting trainers she has never engineered a Pokemon.
She is currently searching for new Pokemon and new leagues to challenge.
